Terms of sale

The terms that apply when you buy a pass, a package or an add-on for a SparkleUp Events festival.

Версия 2026-10, действует с 13 октября 2026 г.

1. Who we are

SparkleUp Events is the trading name of TBF HOLD CO LTD (being renamed SparkleUp Events), a company registered in England and Wales. We organise the Tunisia Bachata Festival, the SparkleUp Dance Marathon and other dance events ("we", "us").

You can reach us at contact@tunisiabachatafestival.com. Questions about an order: tickets@tunisiabachatafestival.com.

2. When these terms apply

These terms apply to every pass, package (a pass with accommodation) and add-on bought on our websites, at our official points of sale or through a platform we have authorised. By buying, you accept these terms, the refund and transfer policy and the Code of Conduct, in the versions in force on the day of your order.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a ticket.

3. Prices and payment

Online prices are shown and charged in euros (EUR), taxes included. Payments are processed by our payment provider on its secure page; we never see or store your card number.

Residents of Tunisia can pay in Tunisian dinars (TND) in cash at our official points of sale or on the local platform we name on the tickets page. Local tickets are checked at the door like any other.

Prices can change between sales rounds. The price of your order is the one shown when you pay.

4. Your tickets and the information we need

Each pass is personal. For every pass holder we ask for: full name, email address, phone number, identity card or passport number, and gender. The name on the ticket must match the identity document shown at the entrance.

Your tickets are sent by email after payment. Keep them safe: a ticket code can be used only once.

5. Communications

By buying a ticket you agree to receive service emails about your order and the event, and information and marketing emails about SparkleUp Events festivals. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in each email; service emails about your order continue.

6. Refunds, transfers and name changes

All sales are final. Tickets are not refundable unless the event is cancelled; then we refund the original payment method.

Transfers to another person and name changes are possible until one month before the first day of the event, for a fee of €10 per ticket. After that date, only hotel and accommodation bookings can be transferred, for a fee of €50. The refund and transfer policy gives the details.

7. Hotel packages

Packages include the accommodation described at the time of purchase. Tunisian tourist tax is not included: it is paid at the hotel on arrival (3.5 TND per person per night for Tunisian guests and 12 TND for foreign guests, at the rates in force in 2026). Hotels receive the names they need for the rooming list, never your identity document number.

8. The event

We may change schedules, artists, rooms or venues when needed; the event remains substantially as described. Photography and filming take place during the event; the Code of Conduct explains how to opt out and how to ask us to remove a picture of you.

Everyone present agrees to the Code of Conduct. A serious breach can lead to removal from the event without refund and to a ban from future events.

9. Resale

Unauthorised resale or duplication of tickets is not allowed. Tickets resold or copied may be cancelled.

10. Liability and force majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, strikes or political instability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Translations are provided for convenience; the English version prevails.
