Refunds
Tickets are not refundable, except when the event is cancelled. In that case every ticket holder is refunded to the original payment method.
If the event is postponed, your ticket stays valid for the new dates.
Transfers and name changes
You can transfer a ticket to another person, or change the name on it, until one month before the first day of the event. The fee is €10 per ticket.
After that date, passes stay with their holders. Hotel and accommodation bookings are the exception: they can still be transferred to another guest, for a fee of €50.
To transfer a ticket, use the transfer page of the event site or write to tickets@tunisiabachatafestival.com. The new holder must give the details every pass holder gives (name, email, phone, identity document number, gender).
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example natural disasters, epidemics or political instability). If such an event forces a cancellation, we refund as above.
